Epoxy Floorings

All-purpose Self-smoothening Epoxy Resin Non-slip Floor Topping. A multi component solvent free pigmented self-smoothening, synthetic heavy duty screed based on special epoxy resin combination.

Non-metallic mineral dry shake floor hardener

It is a one part, pre-blended, colored mineral dry shake hardener for concrete comprising of cement, specially selected natural mineral aggregates admixtures and pigments.

  • It provides a hard wearing, mineral dry shake topping for monolithic floors. When sprinkled and trowelled into fresh wet concrete floors, it forms a colored, wear resistant smooth surface.
  • Typical uses are in warehouses, factories, shopping malls, public areas, restaurants and museums.
  • Good ware resistant and Impact resistance ratings.

Cement Grouting

Expanding grout admixture
It is an expanding grout admixture for pressure / injection grouting. By introducing into the concrete mix, wet volume expansion and increased fluidity without segregation are produced.


    It is used to increase flow and cohesion in cement grouts (addition of sand is possible) and to develop non-shrink property. This product can be used for grouting of-

  • Pre-stressed cable ducts.
  • Rock and soil anchoring.
  • Bearing plates.
  • Pre-placed aggregates
  • Tunnel linings.
  • Improved fluidity.
  • Increased cohesion.
  • Volume expansion in the wet state to develop non-shrink property.
  • Chloride free – does not attack reinforcement of pre-stressed cables.

Epoxy Grouting

Moisture insensitive injection resin.
It is a solvent free, two parts, and moisture intensive liquid, based on epoxy resin.

  • Epoxy grouting is used as an injectable resin to seal damp, wet and submerged cracks by high pressure injection. For adhesion of concrete and steel in damp and wet condition (by water displacement).
  • Cures without shrinkages.
  • High resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemicals.
  • Excellent adhesion to salt water immersed, cement bound substrates.
  • High density ensures complete water displacement.
  • High mechanical strengths even after hardening under water.


Expansive aqua-reactive water barrier and grouting system
Polygrout is a low viscosity liquid which reacts with water in a controlled manner to form a swelling resilient adhesives, solid in density and strength appropriate to the designed task. When impregnated under pressure into leaking structures and through the process of Polymerisation, a permanent flexible water barrier is formed.


    Polygrout has versatile uses and it is normally considered to be the last resort, when all conventional grouting methods to stop leakages have failed. Polygrout has successfully performed under certain most challenging conditions, where satisfied users have referred it as a magic product, to achieve almost impossible solutions. It can be used in the following arrears –

    Building Construction
  • To stop water leakages into underground structures (basements, tanks, sumps etc.)
  • Soil stabilization for foundations.
  • Securing tie – back anchors for retaining walls and guys.
  • Serving as sealer in concrete structures.
  • To prevent water ingress, oozing form ground.
  • To serve as a water barrier in basements, gravel bedding as damp proof course.

All purpose, Protective, Epoxy Resin Coating


    It can be applied on concrete, Rendering stone, Asbestos cement, Steel, Iron, Wood etc. to protect cantilevers, galleries, retaining walls, laundries, road tunnel walls, basements, workshops, balconies etc. against aggressive atmosphere. It also acts as an anti-corrosive coating on concrete and metal.

Roof Waterproofing

A cement based polymer modified waterproofing slurry coating. It is applied to concrete and mortar structures to prevent water infiltration and dampness. It is reasonably flexible to accommodate thermal expansion of concrete.

Roof / Underground Steeling

High build Polyurethane waterproofing Elastomeric Membrane
It is high solid content moisture cured liquid waterproofing elastomeric membrane based on specially modified polyurethane using UV resistant polymers. Ideally suited for waterproofing of roof, walls and foundation conforming to ASTM C-836-89.

Polysulphide / Polyurethene Sealant Circulating

It is a cross linking Polysulphide based elastic sealant for vertical and horizontal expansion joint.


    It is used in both vertical and horizontal expansion joints in many types of buildings and civil engineering constructions such as –
